What qualifications does Jess have?
Jess holds a Bachelors degree in Food & Nutrition Sciences
B. NutrSciJess is also currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree of Health Sciences (Naturopathy) under which she has been trained in Homeopathy, Iridology & Flower Essence Therapy.
B.HSc (Nat, Hom) completion date 2024. -
Are supplements included in the cost of the consultation?
No, any supplements needed throughout treatment are an additional cost. This cost varies dependent on individual assessment.

How do Online appointments work?
Online appointments are conducted via zoom which is a safe and secure video platform. Once you have elected to book in online, you will receive a link to access your scheduled zoom consultation. All supplements will be provided via online script which you can order yourself or which Jess can post to your Australian address.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your Nutrition consultation to avoid a cancellation fee of 50%.

Do you offer private health rebates?
Unfortunately health insurers are no longer allowed to offer rebates for Nutrition. We are hoping this will change in the future.

Do you do offer functional/pathology testing?
We will only recommend testing if it is indicated for the patient. This will either be functional testing through us, which is an additional expense for the patient, or we may refer to a Doctor for further investigations.
Privacy Policy
The privacy policy applies to the site and all products and services offered by Aja Natural Health.
We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways including the placement of an order, filling out forms, connection with our services and features and resources we make available on our site. User personal information will only be collected if it is voluntary, users can refuse to supply personal identification information, where site engagement and access may be limited.

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days; or
Express Shipping takes 1-2 business days depending on location.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Refunds
Refunds for Goods
All goods sold on our Site are non-refundable.
Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:
Consultation fee will be fully refunded if the services are cancelled at least 48 hours before the consultations were scheduled to be provided. If cancelled after 48 hour window, you 50% of your fee will be refunded.
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Aja Natural Health and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Aja Natural Health and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
